Community Advisory Board

LIPA’s Community Advisory Board (CAB) was formed in 2017 to advise LIPA’s Chief Executive Officer on issues of importance to the Authority and our Long Island and Rockaways community. The CAB represents a diverse range of perspectives and has 24 members, including experts in energy, education, business, economic development, government, and finance. Members are appointed by LIPA’s CEO and participate in quarterly meetings that discuss regional issues, including energy efficiency, climate and green energy goals, and other topics important to members.
