- LIPA proposes the adoption of a formula rate template and implementing protocols to calculate an annual revenue requirement for Transmission Facilities and Network Upgrades constructed by LIPA as a PPTN Designated Entity. - LIPA proposes to modify the Tariff for Electric Service to amend the Uniform Business Practices (UBP) for Energy Service Companies (ESCOs) and Distributed Energy Resource Supplies (DERS) in the LIPA service territory to better align with NYS Public Service Commission’s (PSC) practices. - LIPA proposes to modify the Tariff for Electric Service to modify the Small Generator Interconnection Procedures (SGIP), which outline interconnection procedures for Distributed Generators and Energy Storage Systems under 10 MW. To view the entire proposal,click here.
- LIPA proposes to modify the Tariff for Electric Service to explicitly allow customers with behind-the-meter storage that is not paired with a distributed generator to participate in the Authority’s Electric Vehicle Phase-In Rates (EVPIR). To view the entire proposal, click here.
