Bobbi O'Connor
General Counsel; Secretary to the Board of Trustees
Bobbi O’Connor is LIPA’s General Counsel and Secretary to the LIPA Board of Trustees. Ms. O’Connor joined LIPA in November 2013 and previously served as Assistant General Counsel for commercial transactions, Deputy General Counsel, Vice President of Policy, Strategy, and Administration, and most recently Chief Administrative Officer. Prior to joining LIPA, Ms. O’Connor was a partner in the business and finance department of an international law firm where her practice involved advising clients on securities law matters, with a particular focus on representing utility clients.
Ms. O’Connor received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Loyola College of Maryland and a Juris Doctor from Hofstra University School of Law.
