Jennifer Hayen
Director of Communications
Jennifer Hayen is LIPA’s Director of Communications. Ms. Hayen serves as LIPA’s official spokeswoman, directs LIPA’s communications with media, stakeholders, and customers, and oversees PSEG Long Island’s communications efforts.
Ms. Hayen joined LIPA in January 2018 and previously served as LIPA’s Manager of Communications and External Affairs. Prior to joining LIPA, Ms. Hayen worked in several capacities for the New York State Senate Majority Press Office and as Director of Communications for a Long Island State Senator.
Ms. Hayen received a Bachelor of Arts in English from the State University of New York at Binghamton and a Master of Science from The Columbia Graduate School of Journalism.
