Electric Safety Classroom Presentations
For third, fourth and fifth graders, LIPA offers a program where a retired employee of LIPA will come to your school and conduct a 30-45 minute class on the dos and don’ts of conduct around electricity. We will work with your teachers to coordinate the presentation sessions. The presentation works best when given to groups of no more than 75 students in an all-purpose room. All students will receive an activity book on the lesson, which is also available for download in the Electric Universe.May is National Electric Safety Month
