- At the end of your billing year, any difference between total payments and your actual energy costs will be added to -- or subtracted from -- your last bill of the budget year.
Your payment amount can change – for example, if you use significantly more or less electricity than projected. If it does change, we’ll let you know on the bill before the change happens. Over the course of a year on the plan, you will always pay only for the actual amount of electricity you have used – no more, no less.
