On Thursday, December 5 at 10 pm through the evening of Sunday, December 8th the self-service area of our website will be down as we upgrade our customer service system. During this time period, all self service functions will be unavailable, including viewing and paying bills.
Please note: Our contact center will be open only for emergency calls. We will not be available to accept regular business transactions or inquiries during this time. Normal business will resume Monday, December 9th. On Friday, December 6 our walk-in customer service centers will accept bill payments by check only. No cash will be accepted. Drop boxes will also be available for check payments. We will not be able to process any other transactions due to the system upgrade. We will re-open for normal business on Monday, December 9 at 8:30am.
