• Lighting: Fluorescent fixtures and controls, HID fixtures and controls
• Performance Based Lighting
• Cooling: Unitary AC and split systems, Heat pumps (air, water), Chillers
• Premium Efficiency Motors and VFDs
• Air Compressors
• HVAC Controls/ECM Motors
• Commercial Kitchen Equipment
• Snack/Vending Machine Controls

Incentives

• Incentives are available for pre-qualified equipment.
• Annual incentives may go up to $100,000 per project;
• Annual incentives may go up to $300,000 per customer.
