The Long Island Power Authority (the Authority) is seeking bidders to purchase the Authority’s Surplus Office Cubicles and Various Parts. Bidders who are interested equipment inspection must contact William Funk by email at wfunk@lipower.org to schedule an equipment inspection.

Notice to Bidders
Sealed Bids for the Sale of Surplus Office Cubicles and Various Parts will be publicly opened by The Long Island Power Authority at its offices, 333 Earle Ovington Boulevard, Suite 403, Uniondale, NY 11553, New York at 3:00 p.m. December 6, 2011.
All bids must be made on The Long Island Power Authority bidding sheets only; subject to all The Long Island Power Authority terms and conditions, and specifications. Bid terms and conditions, bid form, and specifications can be obtained at obtained below or by contacting William Funk, Contract Specialist by email at wfunk@lipower.org or by phone at 516-719-9235. The scheduling of an equipment inspection is encouraged and must be directed to William Funk, Contract Specialist by email at wfunk@lipower.org by December 1, 2011.
The Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informality in any bid, and to accept the bid of the highest responsible bidder as determined by LIPA after all bids and bidders have been examined and checked. LIPA also reserves the right to issue multiple awards. Questions regarding this Bid must be directed to William Funk, Contract Specialist by email at wfunk@lipower.org by December 1, 2011. LIPA shall attempt to answer relevant questions and post answers prior to the bid opening date. Bids are to be submitted on the prescribed formal Sealed Bid form included herein.
