Dark Sky Lighting Partners are advocates of the International Dark-Sky Association (IDA), formed in 1988. They have experience in providing maximum “light pollution” abatement and energy-efficient lighting plans for new and "conversion" installations for municipal “Main Streetlights”, school districts, signage, sports lighting, small and large businesses and residential applications.

Their service area is primarily on the south Fork of Long Island, with the exception of development of featured fixtures (IDA approved) for sports lighting. Their designs include the use of fixtures which have the IDA Seal of Approval.
