Commercial Balanced Billing
With the Commercial Balanced Billing Program, businesses can
expect a more predictable expenditure for electricity each
month. The cost for your annual electric use remains the same,
but payments are distributed evenly over a twelve-month period.
Construction and
Renovation Incentives
Provides financial incentives to customers who agree to specify
and install energy-efficient equipment in buildings under
construction or renovation.
Geothermal Rebate Program
Cash incentives are offered to companies that incorporate
geothermal heat pumps into their facilities, or replace an
existing geothermal system.
Peak Reduction Program
A partnership between Long Island businesses and LIPA to assure
that electric demand can be met on certain days during the
summer months when customer demand for electricity might exceed
available supply.
